Summer is finally here. And, whats more refreshing than an apple on a hot summer day?

I have a new favorite place for pictures.

Balboa Park is awesome!

I met Tony and Kelly there this Saturday and we had fun just wandering around finding fun places.

I think they will be happy with the results.

Pasta Head

We made our way there, she was so excited

There was quite the "herd" heading into school

We had to get a picture with the school sign

She left our sides and headed over to line up without even being asked, when did she get so big?

Mommy will miss you

She had a great time, even earned a "Respect Check", if she gets 10 total she earns a prize. She said the very best part was painting, and eating lunch (snack) with her friends.

My Favorite Weather

We sat and enjoyed an afternoon thunderstorm and lightning show the other day. I loved every second of it.

Thinking of her Sunshine

Autumn loves to cut. I gave her some index cards, and it was no surprise that she immediately began cutting them. She brought me this one, with the edges cut, and I asked her if it was a windmill, she said "No Mom" (DUH) "Its a sunflower for Grammy". I thought that was super sweet. She asked for another piece of paper to glue it onto and this is what she came up with.

I drew the line out and told her how to spell Grammy, even helped her with the 'G' but the rest was all her idea and work. Hope you like it Grammy.
